By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service with H2O Prime Pressure Washing, a Houston, Texas-based pressure washing business.
Estimates provided by phone, text, or through our website are based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation upon an in-person or photo assessment of the property. Final pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins. We offer a 10% discount for payment made in cash.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, including working exterior water and electrical outlets where required, at the scheduled service time. If access is not available, service may need to be rescheduled.
We aim to complete every job to a professional standard. If you're not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Pressure washing is a safe and effective cleaning method when performed correctly, but some surfaces (including aged concrete, certain paints, and damaged siding) may have pre-existing wear that becomes more visible once cleaned. We'll flag any visible risk factors before beginning work when possible.
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment.
H2O Prime Pressure Washing carries liability insurance for our work. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear revealed by cleaning, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided about the property prior to service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
